1. What is the return policy?
Please note that only missing items order or incorrect orders are eligible for return or refund.
Damages during shipment delivery are not our responsible. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
2. When should I return after order received?
You have  working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, along with tracking number.
3. What should I do if received missing items or incorrect orders?
